The food was amazing! Tried two appetizers and the Sushi Hotdog . Everything tasted amazing! The prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. Will be back again.

This review is a hard one to write. Let me just first off by saying if you are looking for fun, unique fresh high-quality sushi this is about as good as it gets especially for central Florida. It was worth 1 he 40 min 1 way drive as a destination for an experience and new dishes I write many reviews and I don t want four stars to deter anyone from coming here for a good meal, but I will explain where the fifth star in my opinion is missing. In fairness to the business I really did sit on this for about four days thinking about how to score this fairly. We found out about this place from an Instagram post that went viral and finding out that it was an hour and 40 minutes from us and we have never been to the area. We ve decided to centralize a trip around this food experience and it did not disappoint. My wife had the sushi hotdog, and I had the supreme wrap as I saw in the Instagram video as the most expensive item on the menu at $45 and it was worth every penny The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh. We left satisfied and with leftovers. The food is well worth the money and it s not even expensive. In some cases I would say it s even under priced. But with the representation of food online the presentation of the food, the freshness of the food, and all that came with it, I felt supremely underwhelmed when I walked into , the restaurant it felt weird eating a sushi dish that probably cost more than the chair I was sitting on. That s not to say I don t enjoy a casual meal in a casual setting however, it just didn t seem to fit the interior with what could ve been an overall five-star, dining experience. And of course I like to grade on a scale because places like McDonald s although they may earn five stars it s five stars up McDonald s and when you look at this place, you look at the menu you look at the reputation you look at the Instagram and you look at the signage out front and you walk in you just feel underwhelmed or maybe like you made a wrong decision I wouldn t categorize the interior or the decor, as a place that I would want to bring somebody on the first or second dates to leave a lasting impression on them. Unless of course they were a sushi aficionado, and they could appreciate the food more than they could the atmosphere that being said we will 100% be returning, and we will be recommending this to everyone we know who likes Sushi without a shadow of a doubt one of the best sushi dishes I ve ever had and more interesting creations that we didn t get to try and we want to try. I should mention our price per person was with 2 of the most expensive meals on the menus plus one for our kids and 2 drinks

Went there for the first time yesterday after seeing the sushi hotdog on tiktok. Got a boa and the sushi hotdog and I ve been extremely sick ever since. Tasted good but definitely not worth the food poisoning:/

Absolutely loved this place. We had the spicy crab bao and the sushi hotdogs. Both were very flavorful and wonderful textures. The service could have been a little bit better. Our section seemed to be a little bit neglected at times. Was definitely a busy night, but they seated us relatively quickly, and there wasnt a long wait for the food once it was put in. Will be back next time Im in town!

Found this place on tiktok and had to drive out of the way to come try. It was definitely worth the drive. The sushi hotdog was amazing. Ashley was an amazing server and gave great suggestions.

Very cool Asian Fusion. The new location is much larger and the food is still superb. Cant wait to go back, I mean I had a SUSHI HOTDOG! Amazing. The Bao pork belly was really good as were the Krab and Mozzarella sticks!

The Food and service was fantastic! May was our server and she was so sweet. She was extremely helpful to me with my gluten allergy and made sure what I ordered was safe for me to eat. They even have gluten free soy sauce upon request. I had the rainbow sushi burrito and the avocado donut, both were SOOOOOO good!! They both had a VERY generous amount of fish. My husband had the sushi hotdog and loved it. A couple of our friends has the sushi pizzas and really enjoyed them. One friend is vegetarian and really appreciated the fact that they had a bunch of fun options for her as well. I have included a photo of The veggie pizza, not only was it beautiful (like everything else!) but she said it was delicious! Vegetarian options: They offer a nice amount of vegetarian options. And fun foodie options at that! Veggies pizza was very good. Dietary restrictions: Server was super helpful on what was gluten free and what was not. They have gluten free soy sauce upon request. GF was marked on the menu but she was able to help me find a couple more options by slight modifications.

Soooo incredible!! A bit off the beaten path, but so worth the 45 minute drive. Our server, Kalea was quick, attentive, and kind. Our food was out of the world good. I found this place off of an Instagram ad and it lived up to the hype. We ordered the sushi hotdog ($20) and the tuna supreme pizza ($18). Loved the tempura on the hotdogs and the sushi roll crust on the pizza. Both were so flavorful and fresh. I will definitely be back!

Very interesting and tasty sushi options. We enjoyed a bit of everything made out of sushi, the sushi burrito, sushi burger, sushi hotdog, the donut, and the pizza, and just regular sushi. Though to be honest, surprisingly my least favorite was the regular sushi. Also had the calendar which was delicious and had a nice sauce with it. I do recommend sticking to the specialty items as they really standout as an experience that sets Wave apart.

Delicious sushi, and what a deal! Huge variety of different types of sushi: rolls, sushi pizza, sushi burger, sushi hotdog, even sushi donut! The prices were a little high, but when we actually received the food, we thought it was one of the best sushi deals we have ever gotten (when it comes to portions as well as freshness of meat), and my wife grew up in Hawaii!!! Its more of a not a huge restaurant and its on the second floor so I would say go with small parties that are able to climb some stairs. But everything seems vert fair priced. We will definitely be returning.

This place is absolutely incredible. The staff is very friendly, super helpful, and attentive, and the food is phenomenal. My best friend and I drove over 2 hours to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint! Definitely try the Sushi Hotdog or Burrito!

For creative sushi that you cant get anywhere else, this place is a definite must! It is worth the drive over if youre in central Florida. Follow them on Instagram to get the scoop of what inventive treat they got goin on. This trip we got the sushi hotdog & sushi burger...both were sooo good and very filling. I cant wait to go back!

Went on a busy night, so the service (understandability) was a bit slow. They also temporarily ran out of ice. They had several unique menu items such as sushi donuts and sushi hotdogs. Great place to try something new! Everything we had was good. Overall, a great experience.
