Had a great time here for our anniversary! We ordered the sushi donut, salmon taco, and salmon burrito and they were all AMAZING!! Also the GM was present on the floor and offered impeccable service!

I have been waiting over a year after seeing this restaurant on TikTok, and trust me, it meets the hype A place for sushi-based Western foods has long been needed in this world and WAVE delivers with slices of sushi pizza, sushi hot dog, sushi burgers, sushi tacos, sushi donuts (which are not sweet), and sushi crunches. They also have regular sushi dishes, but why not try one of these fun fusion creations? We got the veggie pizza, the meat lovers pizza, the salmon taco, and the spicy salmon sushi donut to go because we couldnt get enough. Burgers can be covered with tempura or hot Cheetos, which is also a great option. All of it was so good and one dish is rather filling. Also note that spicy means spicy. The restaurant itself is clean and full of fun decor, even in the bathrooms! The staff are incredibly attentive and kind, helping provide great suggestions. Parking can be difficult, especially on a weekend morning, but there are plenty of spots around the lovely looking downtown

Their unique menu items peaked my interest. I enjoyed their sushi salmon taco. Would definitely want to come back to try other things on the menu. Wait time was a bit long as this is a popular restaurant in the area. Parking: Street parking and public parking lots available. Parking right next to the restaurant was full Sunday evening so we parked in public lot that was a 1-2 minute walk away.

This place is unreal! Tempura avocado, spicy tuna hotdog, Nigori Sake, Salmon taco, it all was over top top!!! Fried ice-cream for dessert , Good quality and quantity for the price, Austin our server was great! Dont miss this Mount Dora hidden gem!
