Some of their specialties are Sushi Donuts, Sushi Burritos, Poke Bowls and my favorite; Spicy Tuna Burger with fried rice for the bun, tuna, cucumber, seaweed salad, spicy mayo and eel sauce. They also serve savory Rice and Noodle Bowls and Bento Boxes, all in Historic Downtown Mount Dora Florida! Weve been to Wave several times, but at their old location, the new location is downstairs in the same building. All of the plates that came out of the kitchen looked awesome and I loved the uniqueness of the presentations between sushi burgers, sushi pizza and sushi burritos, just to name a few. All in all, either shaped into American food or not, an excellent choice for sushi! We will return for another great meal!

Amazing Spicy tuna Burger and beef bulgogi Bao bun and spicy crab Bao bun I love this restaurant order ahead they have a very long wait.
